This NMCA Buick Regal T-Type is a SFI 25.1C drag race car. It is pushed by a Pat Musi 632 big block and Sonny's cylinder heads to let it breathe. DFI manages 160lb/hr injectors and a laptop computer controlled by Dave Kogan (Crew Chief) handles two four barrel throttle bodies. Marino changed from the lenco transmission from last year to a TH400 and 4:30:1 gears which spins the Strange 40-spline axles.

This car has been stored for over eleven years in stock trim before Marino decided to run in the NMCA. The Regal ran a 7.42 at 192 mph weighing in at 3,560 pounds with the driver.

If you see Marino in the lanes ask him to turn on the stereo. Just remember real street cars have a stereo and full interior.
